2. From where do you ship? What is shipping cost?
We ship from by default from Heimdallr watch factory i China. We also have overseas warehouse for local customers.
We offer post service and priority express service and you can find those option when checking out, or contact heimdallrwatch@163.com for help.
3. When can my order be dispatched?
Normally, we will dispatch your order in 2-3 working days. For Pre-order goods, shipping time is suggested in product description. If watch is out stock, we will notify you and give you estimated shipping time.
4. What shipping way do you need?
Express takes 3-8 working days for shipping. We also provide post-shipping which is about 7-15 woring days depends on local courier speed.
In areas where DHL does not serve, we will use TNT/FEDEDX/UPS Express or contact you for other express delivery methods.
5. How can I track my order?

6. Do I have to pay taxes?
Yes, all prices are without taxes. For countries like the United State, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, etc, it won’t cause duties due to local customs duties policy. You can contact heimdallrwatch@163.com for help if you have any question.
